Sometimes called Community Shared Agriculture, CSA is a member-based, local food distribution method. It is a subscription service available to those who want the freshest possible produce delivered to their door on a weekly basis.
At the beginning of every month members pay ahead for a share of the coming harvest. Every Tuesday we hand pick 12-14 different types of vegetables & fruit and arrange them in a box - $30 worth. You can pick up your box at the farm, or opt for delivery at a $5 fee.
Typical harvest items include, but are not limited to, lettuce, kale, chard, potatoes, leeks, scallions, cauliflower, broccoli cucumber, basil, cilantro, taro, garlic, ginger, beets, onions, cabbage, bananas & papaya. Items vary by season - giving you a diverse selection.
Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org for CSA availability.
Wednesday - Waipuna Chapel
8am to 12pm
At Kupa'a, we always look forward to Wednesday - market day! It's the one day we get to connect with our loyal, dedicated customers who love to support their local farmers.
Waipuna Chapel is located in Kula at the corner of Kula Highway and Omaopio Road (17 Omaopio Rd). Here's a MAP. We are there every Wednesday starting at 8am.
Be sure to come early to get the best selection.
Week by week, season by season, what's on our market table changes. Tomatoes, cucumbers, okra, eggplant and peppers are quite standard in the summer while winter brings more brassica such as cauliflower, broccoli & cabbage. Lettuce, kale, arugula, beans, potatoes and papaya are pretty standard year round. Of course we always have our award winning coffee (by the bag or by the cup).
Kupa'a Farms is also proud to supply our fresh produce to the following restaurants & businesses:
